A classic car secured over its wheels on the loading rails

The Standard

What actually happens.

Every commission runs the same way, whether it is the first or the two hundredth.

  1. The enquiry

Six fields. Vehicle, route, timing, and anything we should know. No calculator, no instant price. A person reads it.

  2. The proposal

Within four business hours, from a named person. It sets out the commission, the equipment assigned, the coverage, and the fee. One document, one page.

  3. The confirmation packet

Within twenty-four hours of booking: your driver's profile, the schedule, the certificate of insurance showing coverage in force, and a short preparation checklist. Almost nobody in this industry sends the certificate unasked. We send it before we collect.

  4. The day before

Your driver contacts you directly to confirm the window and answer anything outstanding.

  5. Collection

He walks the vehicle with you. The condition capture runs automatically as the car is drawn onto the trailer — about thirty seconds, and you are welcome to watch. The bill of lading is signed.

  6. In transit

Once the vehicle is loaded and secured, a tracking link reaches you and stays live for the rest of the journey. If anything changes, you hear it from us first, with whatever we know at that moment.

  7. Delivery

Condition captured again. Your complete record is handed over on site and posted to you within forty-eight hours. We hold a copy indefinitely.

If any of that sounds like more than you expected, that is the point.

Tell us about the vehicle.

A person will come back to you within four business hours with a proposal.
