Before every commission, you receive your driver's profile — his photograph, his record, and a short introduction in his own words. He is not an anonymous carrier, and neither are we.
Employed, not contracted
Every driver is on our payroll. We do not subcontract, and we do not broker. The person who collects your vehicle is answerable to us, and we are answerable to you.
Introduced before collection
His profile reaches you inside the confirmation packet, within twenty-four hours of booking. You will have his photograph, his record, and his own words before he has your keys.
Under confidentiality
Every driver signs a confidentiality agreement. A copy is provided to you with your documentation, unasked.
Assigned to one vehicle at a time
He collects your vehicle and he delivers it. There is no relay, no transload, and no second driver you were not told about.
We are hiring the first of them now.
Rather than fill this page with names we have not yet vetted, it stays empty until it is honest. The standard above is already fixed, and it is the standard every hire will be held to.
The same driver returns to the same client wherever scheduling allows.
