First Team Transports ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers about vehicle transport services. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages related to: transport quote requests and updates, booking confirmations, pickup and delivery notifications, driver and dispatch communications, customer service responses, and account or service-related notifications.

You can opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS consent box on our request form at firstteamtransports.com and providing your mobile phone number. By doing so, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number provided and agree to receive text messages from First Team Transports.

Message frequency varies based on your transport request and the status of your shipment. You may receive multiple messages per day during active bookings.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. First Team Transports is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through our website.

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and any information collected through our SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
