Corporate Consultation Requests

When a business or organization reaches out for a consultation, we collect the contact's full name, business name, role or title, phone number, and email address, along with information about the type of organization, the service needed, estimated transport volume, and a description of the request.

Driver Applications

Individuals applying to drive for First Team Transports submit personal information including full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email. We also collect CDL details (class, number, issuing state, and expiration), USDOT and MC numbers, insurance information, driving history and experience, prior employment, and background disclosures including accident history, moving violations, DUI/DWI history, and criminal history. Driver applicants also authorize a background check as part of the application process.

Employment Inquiries

Job applicants share their name, contact information, location, position of interest, employment type, availability, compensation expectations, work history, education, skills, and experience with technology and AI tools, along with pre-interview responses.

Website Usage

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you visit, time spent on the site, and the source that brought you here. This is collected through standard analytics tools and cookies.

• Super Dispatch — used for transport dispatch, bill of lading management, and driver coordination.

All field names and data structures are standardized across these platforms to ensure accurate, automated data flow. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for any marketing purpose.

Some of the information we collect through our driver application process — including date of birth, CDL numbers, insurance policy details, and background disclosures — is considered sensitive personal data. This information is collected exclusively for driver qualification and federal transportation compliance purposes. It is accessible only to authorized First Team Holdings LLC personnel involved in driver vetting and dispatch operations, and it is never used for any other purpose. This data is retained only as long as required by applicable law or operational necessity.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in the following limited circumstances:

• Operational Platforms: HubSpot, Airtable, and Super Dispatch process data as part of our internal workflow and are governed by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• Background Screening Providers: Driver applicants who authorize a background check will have relevant information shared with our designated screening provider.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, or government authority.
• Business Protection: We may share information to protect the rights, safety, or property of First Team Holdings LLC, our staff, clients, or drivers.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, client and applicant data may be transferred with appropriate privacy protections in place.

Protecting the privacy of our clients is central to how we operate. All drivers are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before each transport. Client names, vehicle details, pickup and drop-off addresses, routes, and all personally identifying information are treated as strictly confidential and are never shared beyond what is operationally necessary to complete the transport.

• Employment applications for candidates who are not hired are retained for up to one year, then permanently deleted.
